Marketing firm invites Michigan nonprofits to apply for free services
EAST LANSING, Mich.— Publicom, Inc., a full-service marketing communications firm, invites Michigan nonprofits to apply for free marketing services through its third annual Pro Bono Publico! event scheduled for June 14.
During this 24-hour, coffee-fueled blitz, the Publicom team and partners conceive and create free marketing communication materials for worthy nonprofit charities that couldn’t otherwise afford them. Applications must be submitted by April 30. Three charities will be selected.
Last year’s event helped Michigan charities diaper more babies (Detroit Area Diaper Bank- Canton), shelter more homeless, pregnant women (Hannah’s House - Lansing), enrich the minds of more students (Lansing Educational Advancement Foundation - Lansing) and treat more young cancer patients to a great time outdoors (Special Days Camps – Ann Arbor).
The round-the-clock work will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 14, at Publicom’s East Lansing offices and conclude at 9 a.m. Friday, June 15, producing an estimated $125,000 worth of marketing services.
Any charity is welcome to apply by visiting publicom.com or by calling 517.487.3700. Marketing materials produced during Pro Bono Publicom! include logos, letterhead packages, outdoor boards, radio spots, TV commercials, marketing plans, public relations materials, brochures and posters.
